Transportation

QMASTOR’s transportation module facilitates the management of movements of material throughout the supply chain typically from a mine to a port or customer.

The module provides the ability to:

• Manage train, truck, barge, conveyor and remnant movements.
• Create detailed transport schedules
• Use stockpile models and the blend calculator to predict movement quality
• On completion of transport movement transactions all stockpile tonnage and quality balances are automatically updated
• Multiple transaction parameters are available per carrier (ie. source/destination stockpiles, date/time, tonnages, material)
• Multiple tonnages are available per carrier. (ie. rail loadout, carrier weigh tape, port belt tonnes)
• Manage internal movements: sales, third party purchases, agency movements, internal sales, borrows and loans
• Transport movements can be linked with contracts and or vessels
• Automate data collection from laboratories, rail and other transport provider systems
