New Release: Pit to Port Version 4.3.0

Pit to Port Version 4.3.0 contains a vast array of improvements in system functionality and features including a transition to true web based reporting combined with improvements in architecture design, security and application response times.

Specific functional improvements include:

Blend Calculator

The Blend Calculator enables the creation of blending plan(s) with the ability to track material movements against the plan.

Processing Module

The processing module contains a user friendly interface providing operators with the ability to view and interrogate plant feed, production, reject and tailings & other material outputs by tonnage and quality. The module is highly configurable enabling it to be used for process plants such as crushers, ore beneficiation plants, CHPP’s etc.

Sample Management Module

The sample management module provides a centralised area to store and manage laboratory samples obtained across the supply chain for proactive operational decision making. Functionality includes the ability to categorise and view samples by category, laboratory, sample station, source/destination stockpile for tonnes and associated quality. Further, the ability to request samples and retest samples and track the status of samples in real time is available. The module has the ability to integrate to common Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for automatic data interchange

Reconciliation Module

The reconciliation module continues to be improved to provide the ability to carry out reconciliations across all parts of the supply chain. The module provides the ability to compare Actuals, Plan/Grade Control and Resource across the supply chain. Users are able to upload mine polygons for reconciliation back to the reserve model.
