QMASTOR Limited (ASX:QML) - Australia's leading supplier of bulk materials management information systems - announced today that it has secured a contract with Comalco Aluminium Limited (Comalco) for the provision of its Pit to Port.net management system at Comalco’s bauxite mining operation at Weipa in Queensland.
The scope of the contract involves the use of the Pit to Port.net system for the management of:
- Mining
- Transport
- Beneficiation
- Stockpile management
- Ship loading and vessel scheduling
- End to End supply chain tracking for grade and tonnes
- Integration to third party mining, plant, laboratory and SAP systems
Managing Director Trent Bagnall stated: “This is QMASTOR’s first end to end system outside of the coal industry. This installation further demonstrates the application of our systems in a wide range of bulk commodities.
