The QMASTOR Limited (ASX:QML) board is pleased to announce that Mr Ray Miller has accepted an invitation to join the Board of Directors.
Mr Miller has an extensive and diverse international and domestic background in executive management and directorships with achievements in operations, finance, strategy development and corporate experiences at both Australian and International mining companies.
Mr Miller’s considerable experience and financial acumen will be a valuable asset as the Board guides the rapid and profitable growth of QMASTOR Limited.
Mr Miller is currently Managing Director of Gallipoli Mining Pty Ltd and was previously Chief Financial Officer at MIM holdings. Mr Miller has also held senior management roles with BHP both in Australia and overseas, including Vice President Finance and General Manager positions with BHP Steelmaking and Energy Materials.
