Investment in a QMASTOR management information system (Pit to Port.net; Pit to Plant.net; Port to Plant.net; SMS3D.net) results in a long term partnership between QMASTOR and client. To ensure the benefits of the solution are fully realised we offer a range of pre and post system implementation services to maximise client satisfaction.
Project Management
Our project management team initiate the data feasibility study (DFS) that often precedes a QMASTOR management information system implementation. To read more about a DFS click

Once the DFS has been completed and the resulting functional specification is developed, the overall project scope is established including: pricing, detailed tasks, responsibilities and delivery milestones. After contract signoff the project manager is responsible to ensure delivery as per plan. Services typically include a series of site visits to install, train, test, configure, customise and integrate the proposed QMASTOR system. The project manager will spend considerable time liaising with key stakeholders to ensure system acceptance and successful delivery. After implementation is completed and signoff has occurred the project manager will delegate the system support to QMASTOR service delivery personnel.
Customisation
QMASTOR management information systems typically provide 80-90% "off the shelf" functionality preconfigured out of the box. However, customer experience indicates each client has a unique series of processes and internal systems that often require customisation of the standard QMASTOR solution.
Thankfully, QMASTOR has an experienced team of scientists, metallurgists, chemical and software engineers, consultants and computer scientists with proven experience developing tailored solutions for individual and varied bulk commodity scenarios.
QMASTOR software systems are aligned and responsive to each client’s unique and individual business objectives. Our longstanding Microsoft partnership incorporating the use of Microsoft’s .net technology has significantly reduced application development time for new functionality and customisation. We are willing and able to adjust our applications to suit individual preferences.
Our software solutions are clearly not stand-alone supply chain management systems. In addition to supply chain integration, QMASTOR systems are often part of a broader service offering using one of a number of technologies or services within our portfolio to ensure a fit for purpose solution.
Systems Integration
QMASTOR is well positioned to deliver cost effective, rapid integration services for clients using our purpose built software integration application. iFuse is a specialist data integration system that facilitates automated connection, extraction, transformation, validation, import and export of data between mining, enterprise and supply chain systems. QMASTOR systems have been integrated with geological, enterprise resource planning (ERP), process control, accounting, trading, port, railway and laboratory information systems as well as a range of instrumentation such as online analysers, weighbridges and weightometers.
The benefits of supply chain collaboration are significant in the mining supply chain given the significant inventory value of the resource and the costs associated with under utilisation of the high capital supply chain infrastructure.
QMASTOR provide breakthrough simplicity in enabling the benefits of supply chain integration through technology. We have the demonstrated experience in managing the business and process changes required to ensure the benefits are realised.
Training
QMASTOR provide extensive onsite training to clients during system implementation. In addition, we offer training courses on a regular basis to accommodate changing personnel and skill sets.
Clients have the option to attend our scheduled public training courses or if required we can customise an on-site training course to match specific requirements. To read more about our training courses click
